KB2965271 fixes the following issue: When you author Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) expressions in a Power Pivot add-in, syntax help requires using a comma as a separator to work correctly. In case the list separator in the regional settings of the computer is set to a semicolon and you use semicolons in the DAX expression, the expression will compile, but syntax help will not work.
